The sunflower you have all seen before, but it is really too small to wear out. (Maya Ruth was 1 month old when she wore it)




This ladybug costume is one of the many, many, many things we got from Auntie Beth, Uncle Lee and Cousin Alli. I found the hat this morning (thank goodness I can stop looking) It was at the bottom of a box in Maya's closet. Phew! I knew I still had it somewhere.

Looks like the girls are going to be a couple of bugs this year.

we are all moving a little slowly this morning after another night of Lucy teething. She still has not had a single one break through. Our poor girl is up most of the night. Yawn!
Maya Ruth is getting into art projects. Here she is doing her favorite part, peeling the dried glue off of her fingers.

I am so lucky to have these girls to wake up to! Even on the mornings when I would rather sleep than do anything on Earth, I love being their mom more.

Mimi's visit

We had a wonderful visit with Grandma Mimi. Maya and Lucy were so sorry to see her go home and say "We miss her already!" But we all hope she has a great time in Puerto Rico with Great Grandma Jean.

Sister Stuff

These two are so much fun!
Maya is really getting into her role as big sister. The other day, Lucy was bawling and Maya said "Baby's crying- PICK HER UP!" LOL! already sticking up for her lil sister. She tells me "Nuv Noos!" (Love Lucy) Lucy adores Maya and positively beams whenever she sees her. I knew they would be close, being so close in age, but I had no idea it would be like this. It's so cool!
